  13. services are available. Monaco is six time zones ahead of
  14. eastern standard time.

  16.    Transportation: Frequent flights are scheduled from most
  17. European cities to Nice, France -- a short drive from Monaco.
  18. Buses, taxis, and rental cars are available in the city. There
  19. also is frequent train service from Nice, and a commercial
  20. helicopter service between the Nice Airport and the Monaco
  21. heliport.
